Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to become active.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Danahorse is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges applied to your order. All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund if item damaged
If you receive your order and find that any items are lost or damaged in transit, you may request a full refund for those affected items.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim purposes.
Refund if package lost
If your package shows no tracking updates for more than 30 days, you may request a free reshipment or a full refund.
If the package eventually arrives, you may keep it free of charge and do not need to return it.
60-Day undelivered refund
If your order is not delivered within 60 days after shipment, you may request a free reshipment or a full refund.
If no action is taken within 65 days, an automatic refund will be issued.
If the order later arrives, you may keep it without return.
$5.00 Credit for delay
If we fail to deliver your order on or before Danahorse’s latest estimated delivery date, you will receive a $5.00 credit within 48 hours.
The credit will be issued as a coupon for use on your next purchase.
