Return And Refund Policy

Refund

Our refund policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please carefully inspect your shipment as soon as you receive it. We will only offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges for unopened or damaged products when requested within 2 days of receipt. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges beyond this point.

No refunds will be issued for orders that have used promotional codes, free shipping offers, or any other discounts.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a full refund (returns must be in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging), or receive another accessory of your choice shipped free of charge.

We do not offer refunds for custom-printed items.

Refunds are granted as long as a return request is communicated within 2 days of receiving the order.

Free exchanges are granted as long as the request is made within 30 days of purchase.

Please note:

  • Cat apparel items are final sale due to hygienic reasons.

  • Edible cat treats are not refundable or eligible for store credit.

Exchanges

Any damaged items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. If you receive a damaged item, we’ve got you covered — we will send out a brand-new product free of charge.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Items are not eligible for exchange due to size or measurement issues if the shipped item is the same variant/size as ordered. In cases where the size/variant issue is due to our error, we accept exchange or refund requests.

No merchandise may be returned without prior approval and a Return Authorization Number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you are shipping an item valued over $45, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused

  • Same condition as received

  • In original packaging

Items are not eligible for a refund due to size or measurement issues if the shipped item matches the variant/size ordered. If the issue is caused by our error, we accept refund requests.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
